Organization: Defender passes the ball to the attacker to start the activity. The attacker scores by dribbling through the gates but if the defender steals the ball they have to get the ball to touch the wall to get a point.
Coaches role: Ball supply, encourage the defender, raise intensity, motivate players to be creative
Technical goal: Direction first touch when meeting the ball, ability to take space then slow down with closer control, cutting in both directions, skill moves
Social: Encouraging/communicating with team mates when waiting turn
Psycological: Bravery, risk taking, assertiveness, multiple solutions
Physical: High intensity, acceleration with the ball, making body contact, shielding
