Corner taker plays short 1-2 with team mate. As ball is played from 2nd player, deep player moves forward to receive the ball at edge of 18yd box. Must be a firm pass on the ground. The player in the goal box must time their movement to coincide with player meeting the ball. Too early and space will be taken by another defender, too late and too many bodies in the way.
