Green is attacking and Red is defending

Play starts with 3 Green vs 2 Red with green trying to get through the small gates. 7/11 are there to support play inside the box. 

Once green is through either gate it becomes a 3 (Green) vs 5 (Red) 7/11 are still only supporting rolls. Defense wins by stopping the ball and getting it back to the coach. 

4/5 move to 2/3, 2/3 move off field, off field defenders move to 4/5, if not enough player available 2/3 and 4/5 just switch

8/10 move to 7/11, 7/11 move to 8/9/10, 9 moves to 8/10
