Touch Diamonds (15 mins)

Players each get their own triangle or diamond

- work basic touches in and out of the shape adding progressions such as rolling the ball, working turns etc.

- the smaller the shape, the more difficult the exercise becomes, players are encouaged to get as many touches as possible, in short work periods
