Organization:
*30 by 20 yard area
*10 players (8 attackers, 2 defenders)
*1 ball per group
*10 by 10 yard smaller area
Instructions:
1. Players start inside small area on the outside.
2. On coach's command, players race into bigger area to try to complete passes with partner through as many gates as possible.
3. Attackers gain points by completing pass to partner through gate, while roaming defenders gain points for every pass they intercept and dribble out of bounds.
4. If pass is intercepted and dribbled out of bounds, attackers must go get their ball and restart by coming through small area into bigger area.
5. On coach's call for time, players must race back to smaller area.
6. Play for a set time period and rotate players.

*contact ball: middle
*follow through to target
*head up before pass
*head down as you strike ball
*weight/accuracy

5. Play for a set time period and rotate players.
6. Players must keep track of all of their points.
