Coaching points:
Jurgen was focusing on pressing. Closing opponents down quickly and telling his players to "get in their face early".

9v8+ GKs
Objective:
Blues attacking to single goal have one extra player but only have 90 seconds to get a shot on target or goal. Game was played for 5 minutes then teams switched roles. The team with an extra player was always attacking the large single goal.
Coaching points:
Players needed to play at a high tempo and with a sense of urgency. Jurgen yelled at players to increase tempo of the game and passes needed to be sharper with more zip on the ball.

I thought it was interesting that players did not perform a cool down. Players went straight into ice baths instead.
