ORGANIZATION:

- 4 cones - 2 yellow, 2 red.
- 2 Poles
INSTRUCTIONS: Player starts with foot coordination, on command player moves to color called and passes. Dribbles to middle to start again.
COACHING:
- Get set before passing
- On the balls of feet
- Middle of foot to middle of ball
- Firm pass
- Call for pass
PROGRESSION:
- Tigh to foot pass

ORGANIZATION:

INSTRUCTIONS: Player passes between poles, gets 3-4 touches and moves to color called. Opens body to receive and dribble around cone. Body opens depending on which foot passed the ball last.
COACHING:
- Balls of your feet
- Chest slightly bent
- Middle of foot to middle of ball
- Firm contact with ball
- Ankle locked
PROGRESSION:
- 1 pass back before turning
- Pass in air, half volley
