If the defender intercepts, he must dribble the ball out of the area. The player who gave the ball away can enter the square to stop the blue from getting out.

The outside players are challenged to play quickly when possible. If they can draw the defender out of position, there is an additional challenge to recognise the correct time to run the ball through the smaller square to the opposite line.
The other outside players then need to move off the ball to fill all 4 sides of the square.
