#1 Pass the ball (push pass) to the middle square (and runs to #4 position)
Look up, see your intended target, call his/her name, make the pass with the inside of the foot to the middle square where the player will make a run and meet the ball (improve the precession of the pass with the inside of your foot and the timing of the pass)
#2 Runs to meet ball in middle square and make an one-touch pass with your Left foot to #4 (and runs to #1 position)
Be in a ready to run position, make a run to meet the ball in the middle, attack the ball with your Left foot, call the name of your intended target player (improve the timing of your run to meet the ball and the fist-touch passing with the inside of your left foot)
#4 Control the ball and pass the ball (push pass) to the middle square (and run to #3)
Look up, see your intended target, call his/her name, make the pass with the inside of the foot to the middle where the player will make a run and meet the ball (improve the precession of the pass with the inside of your foot and the timing of the pass)
#3 Runs to meet ball in middle square and make an one-touch pass with your Right foot to #1 (and runs to #2position)
Be in a ready to run position, make a run to meet the ball in the middle, attack the ball with your Right foot, call the name of your intended target player (improve the timing of your run to meet the ball and the fist-touch passing with the inside of your left foot)
The cycle is completed (without stopping, continue for to 20 minutes)
