Passing Circulation
15 - 20 Minutes
Players follow pass. Final player will dribble around the grid back to the original starting position. Adjust size of session to make there is limited standing. Should have multiple balls working.
Players will follow their pass.

Progression if capable - 2 players in middle. 1 checks short, 1 long. Ball played into long player first, lays of to secondary central player, then switched.

5v2 Rondo
30 Minutes
4 minute games - rotate defenders
Game set up 3v2 in middle with 2 targets
Modified game of 2v2 + 1 in middle with 2 targets
Restrictions
1. No turning with ball. Player must open hips to see as much of field as possible.
2. must complete minimum of 1 pass in middle
3. Ball can be played to either target. Players must recognize the open player. It may not be on to switch the field.
4. If defenders win the ball, attackers have 5 seconds to win the ball back.
Scoring
Attackers - ball into target player = 1
Defenders - keep ball for 5 seconds. Progression - add goals, defenders can score in goals for point
Coaching Points
1. Body positioning when receiving ball - open hips to see as much of the field as possible
2. Preparation prior to receiving the ball - we travel as ball travels
3. Decision making - when/where to move
4. checking shoulders
5. Weight of passes
6. Communication

Ball Circulation Game
This game is set up as 7v7 but can be adjusted to fit numbers
Restrictions:
Players unable to turn, only able to play what they can see. If player turns with the ball, it is a free kick for the opposing team.
Scoring:
Ball enters all 6 zones without losing possession = 1
Goal on big goal = 3
Coaching Points
1. Open hips to see as much of the field as possible - body position
2. Communication between players
3. Checking shoulders
4. Movement off ball to provide support
5. Travel as ball travels

If space is too small, make it bigger. Adjust to fit the needs of the team.
Equipment needed: Cones, Bibs, Balls
Examples:
Donkey Tails
Players each tuck a bib into the back or side of shorts. Players run around trying to take a bib. If bib is taken, player must step out of the square, perform one ball mastery exercise (toe touches, tick tocks) before coming back into the game. Player with the most Tails at the end of the game wins.
Progression: add a ball for every player
