Players have a ball and aim to keep it till the end. Last person standing is the winner.
Can have a defender steal balls or everyone can hit opponents balls out the area.

3 players in a square
Ball moves around the outside of the square and players must move to the free cone to keep the ball moving continuously.
Start with Forehand receives. Drill focuses on players having Left and Right options.
Coaching points
- Side on receive (left should pointing to the passer)
- Soft hands (Cushion the ball rather than stop, imagine the stick slowing the ball down from left foot to right)
- Early footwork (Get in position early to focus on the ball)
Progression
- Go Opposite way- Clockwise with ball
- Add a defender who can incept the ball. Attackers can go either direction.

Pass to win
Players are in pairs
- Aim of the game is to work together to pass the ball through the gates as much as possible.
- when you go through a yellow gate you must find another colour

Number counter- over/ under load game
Coach will call out 2 numbers. The first is for the orange team and the second the blue. The number is how many players are involved. For example- 2 and 1. Means 2 orange attackers against 1 blue defender.
Focus is on playing with an over/ under load.
Progression- call 2 numbers to create a 2v2
