Essence: Free Hit in own 25 = Areial TO = GOALLLLLL

Structure:

- Side A and side B have both 3 couples and a free defender (FD)

- Trainer plays ball to FD at side B, the FB injects side A by areial

- All players at side A need to touch a red line before they can attack/defend

- Goal? Great, new ball to FB and inject other side

- Ball out? Not so great but new ball to FB and inject other side

- Intercepted? The player can inject other side by flat pass or give one pass to teammate at own side and he can use arieal to inject other side

- When in open play (turn-over situation), the attackers can put pressure on FD or other players.

Principles:

- (1) throw the ball towards space, not directly to teammates because of 5m rule

- Other 2 players go as deep as possible

- If needed: one crosses the ball-goal line

Variations:

- If opponent is always keeping the middle packed, you can use the blue diament instead of red lines.

- Take the FD out, you can make him a CM to help with the TO
