Set-up - 3 teams of 3. Teams in possession stay in their zone, the defending team presses with two and leaves one in the channel to cover and support. When the defending team win the ball, pass to the empty team and switch roles.
Coaching Points - The player who is covering, offers verbal support to the players in front. Tell them where to press.
- When the ball is transferred over, get into position to press and cover quickly, start to communicate while the ball is moving.

Set- Up - 3 teams of 6. Teams in possession stay in their zone. The team pressing, have 3 players that press, 2 support and 1 cover. Teams in possession keep the ball, the team pressing must try and score once they have the ball and can move freely. Progression - 1 player can enter the central zone.
Coaching points - Support players check your shoulders and move into the passing lanes.

Pressing Rondo (5 mins)
Set - Up - 4v2 rondo. The team in possession must keep the ball and attempt to pass through the small square. The defending team must press and cover the pass. Defending players may move through the square but not stay still.
Coaching Points - The player who presses the ball; use the correct body shape (side on).
- Support player, read your teammates' position and get into a position to cut a pass.
- Move together quickly, and communicate with each other. EG, 'cover right', 'im pressing'
