- Double 18 Box
- Goalkeeper in each goal
- 2 Attackers and 1 Defender in each zone with 1 server on each side
Details
- Goalkeeper starts with ball looking to play to outside server who Servers a cross into attackers
- ( Start With Throws and see if they can serve from ground in later rounds... *** consistent Service is important)
- Goalkeeper Collects Cross and plays out to server
- Attackers finish anything they can
- Try to Minimize Contact

Wide Crossing to Transition (20 mins)
Organization
- Server on Each Side
- 3 Colour Cones
- 2 pug goals 25-40 yards away
- 2 players on inside of the corners of the 18s for 2nd phase/ transition
- extra players looking to attack cross
Details :
- Wide Sever Crosses around coloured cones
- Goalkeeper has to call colour prior to claiming cross
- Once Claimed cross, Player on corner of 18 opens and goalkeeper throws in their path for a touch and finish into the pug
- If Goalkeeper doesn't claim cross and ball becomes live, players on corner of 18 become attackers looking to finish 2nd phase
- If goalkeeper claims after attacker has shot they look to transition out the other side
