Rules:

Players can take one step only before they must pass

Players must make a run forwards once passing ball - emphasis on passing forward

Players aim to knock over cones to score a point - take stricken cone and place on your set

Objectives:

Players find space on the field and receive ball

Players to use eye contact, verbal cues and physical cues to pass and receive - not explaining in this session to see if players can discover

Progressions:

Players can take up to 5 steps

Players must pass the ball within 3 seconds - speed up play, was not too strict on this, but sub-consciously wanted players to make a quick decision
