Posession Game 20 minutes
4v4v4 in 4 x 25m grids. Outside are neutral bouncers and each team in BP is to hold posession as long as possible.
Rotate outside every 3 minutes
Look for passing accuracy, movement off the ball, ability to create space, comfort on the ball under pressure. Anyone who struggles here we will gradually move into the X box over 15 minutes
At the end of this session stand out bad players in the X box will get cut. All other players to get a drink. Try to cut to 40 if possible

Small Sided Games 25 minutes
8v8 with 4 bouncers in two feilds as shown.
Same as last practice, but also include body position now to take play forward as well as looking at energy and attitude given they will be playing in very tight areas.
At the end of this practice try to be down to 33

Full Feild Game
11v11 across feild with 4 goal keppers in rotation. 3 games by 10 minutes so 3 teams play twice
Team not playing to be staying active on sidelines
Observe what they do naturally
Cut to 20 at the end based on fitness attitude positional play and decision making

Look for first touch, attitude, passing accuracy. Anyone who struggles with any of these 3 components more than once in 10 minutes grab there number
