For the first five minutes, the players should engage in aerobic activity so that the large muscles have to work. Jogging, running, jumping, skipping and so on appear to be the best way of doing this. The aim is simply to raise the core body temperature and get the blood flowing.
At this stage the players should avoid acceleration, deceleration and sudden changes of direction.

a 20 meter distance need to be setup on the football pitch. All players will line up besides each other and depending on the number of player tested, the width of the test should be setup accordingly We believe that a 1-1.5m width per player is sufficient to run and turn. All players will be tested at the same time, following the speed given by an acoustic signal.
Therefore, equipment needed to use this test is:
a couple of cones measurement tape to measure the 20 m distance
a sound system
the audio file and
a recording sheet.
The final score for a player is the last shuttle in a specific level after failing to reach a line for two successive shuttles (2).

No more than 6 per line (includes both sides, 3 & 3). Ball pops up in the air on trap & player does 10 pushups
Pass & Move: Simple, start 2 touch, focus on alternating feet, body positioning, the trap should sert up the pass off the other foot, appropiate weight of pass, on the group (pass...trap...pass...trap...)
Progression: left only, right only, 1 touch....
Pass & Turn: Focus on the speed of the turn, in control, ball should not get away from you, appropriate weight of pass, follow your pass. Alternate lines each time
Progressing: left only, right only, 1 touch

Use different color cones to separate grids, shouldnt share a cone otherwise it is too crowded.
1) Pass to the open cone (1 direction then after a little while switch directions)
When passing clockwise: players should trap with thier left foot & pass with their right, which means they need to get in place quickly to rotate hips. (Right + Right = 10 pushups)
When passing counter clockwise: players should trap with thier right foot & pass with their left, which means they need to get in place quickly to rotate hips. (Left + Left = 10 pushups)
Demonstrate a defender closing in on them and how using the wrong feet or not turning the hips closes off 1/2 of the field for passing
focus on hip rotation, must be facing the inside of the field, talk to players about hips close off options for passing and make it easier for defenders to know where the pass is going.
lazy payers not making the run need to be identified, pass should be with appropriate weight.
Progression: Allow players to passs through the middle, doing so switches direction of play
NO DEFENDERS
