- 4v2 to 3v1
- 6x1.5 min rounds
Instructions:
- Ball starts with pass into a 4v2 grid
- 3 passes and score on far goal for Blue + Orange
- Green wins ball and scores anywhere +2
- Trigger #2 where balls go into 3v1's, blue send 1 to each grid to join orange

4v4 Plus 4 Pressing (20 mins)

Three teams of 4 + 1 neutral
As Shown
Instructions:
Coach plays ball into either attacking group
Defending group in the middle can press with two players - after a pass the next defender can go in and press
The attacking Group must make one pass before scoring by player going across to opposite side
Coaching Points/Questions:
Role of first defender on press - Cut off one side and make contact to win ball
Role of next player - trigger to press
Third player screening

Play ball to defending group if they win ball
Set 3 and 4 : After 2 passes third defender can go in and press and forward from opposite group can come in
