Midfield Movement/ Creating Overloads
Set Up-
- Each team depending on numbers has 3v3 in the middle
- With a Yellow striker (target player) each side.
- Both teams have a left back and right back who cant move unless played the ball.
Game:
- To score a goal you have to connect a pass to your target player.
- The Target player can then either pass to the opposite Left or Right back (the opposition attack)
- The left or right back though receives can join the attack untill the ball is lost.

- 2 defenders (Black) 1 stays in each square.
- 4 Wide players ( They can move up and down, they just cant enter)
- 2 attacking players in the middle (free to play where they like)
- End zone players are for rotation of middle attacking players once played to them.
- Middle players score by playing to the end zone player either side. Once they have played to the end Zone player they must swap places. Side players act as bumpers and can play where they want. depending of the rules you have set.
