How to Play the Game:

  • Two teams on either side of a space split down the middle with whatever equipment available.
  • You can play a large game (i.e. 10v10) or several smaller games (i.e. 2v2).
  • Invite the players to come up with their own rules but make sure there are agreements between the teams. Examples of rules: full or restricted use of body parts - hands, head, feet, thighs etc; 1 or 2 bounces; unlimited touches, 3 touches, or 1 touch; unlimited passes, 3 passes maximum, etc.

Progress the Game:

  • Encourage the teams to progress the game themselves by creating new aspects while always communicating clearly with all teams involved to prevent conflict.
  • Be imaginative. Try your own variations and progressions.

Questions About the Game

  • How can you involve more teammates? What rules do you like?
  • What rules would you change or introduce?
  • Do you think all people should ‘Play’ some type of game every day? Why?
