Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
--30x30 grid with 2 goals.
-Split players into 4 even teams (4).
-2 teams inside with 2 teams outside as common players.
Exercise:
-Coach serves ball into grid.
-Teams compete inside 4v4.
-Teams can use the players on the outside.
-The teams can score in either of the goals.
-If team scores in a goal then ball is returned to coach to serve in again.
-Play 5 minute games and switch teams around.
Coaching Points:
-Looking for the players to identify and utilise the spaces they can exploit to score a goal. Whether that changing direction quickly to attack different goal or ensuring they use the common players on the outside.

Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-Extend grid to be 40x30 and add two extra goals on the side.
-Players set up the same.
Exercise:
-Same as the previous exercise but this time the teams have a designated end to score in but can score in either of the side goals.
Coaching Poins:
-Similar as previous with looking at the players game intelligence and exploit which goal they can score in.

-2 half pitches with players split into two even teams on each in a match formation.
-one team with a back 4 the other a front 4.
-Defensice side from big goal to small with attacking team other way.
Exercise:
-Play ten minute periods and switch teams around.
Coaching Points:
-Generally look at positional play in both attack and defence.

Exercise 1: Possession Game (10 mins)
Time: 15 Minutes
Organisation:
-30x30 grid.
-2 even teams (8).
-4 of each inside the grid and 1 of each on each side of the grid.
Exercise:
-Coach serves ball into the grid.
-Players compete in 4v4 game.
-Team who wins possession and aims to keep ball and get the ball to their team mates on the outside.
-If they play a pass to a team mate on the outside then those players switch places.
-The players on the outside do compete agaisnt each other.
-Team scores a poitn for every time a player is played on the outside.
-Play a 10 minute period.
Coaching Points
-Focus on the movement of the players, especailly thos on the outside to see whether they are continually active as they need to be on the move to make angles for team mates as well as losing their marker on the outside.
