Organisation

• Technical practice area is split into 4 grids with 2 mini-goals at each end of a grid.
• 4 blue and 4 red players from technical practice become neutral players (crossers) and position themselves on the left + right touchline of each grid. Meanwhile, the remaining 8 blue + red players split into each grid to create a 1 VS 1.
• The coach will call blue or red then the crosses will alternate to cross the ball in (head height) and aim for the player the coach has called.
• There will then be a competition between blue and red- blue to score- red to defend his mini-goal. 
• After 10 aerial battles, the blue and red players in a grid swap with the 2 crossers and repeat.
• After 10 battles, the coach will tally the red vs blue score by tallying the 4 grids.
