Players working in same groups as the arrival activity, slightly smaller area maybe 10x5 now.
1. First drill is a simple pass and follow. Players have to have 2 touches, one to control, one to pass and again the ball can't stop. Progress this to all players having one touch so working on weight of pass. Progress both into competitions with the last team to make a mistake the winners.
2. Second drill is to add a 1-2 after each long pass, encouraging players not to close down the space after the 1-2, instead leave the space to come onto the pass. As before allow players 2 touches initially then can you play 1 touch with competitions?

Players working in same groups of 4 as previous 2 exercises. Multiple groups can now work in the same larger area, approx 25x25 big square, 5x5 middle square. Can have 3, 4, or 5 teams working together to maximise chaos and traffic.
Each team of 4 players has a ball between them, 1 player starts in the middle square with the other 3 players spread around the outside cones. All groups work at the same time to produce chaos and the challenge of players getting in the way.
The middle player breaks out of the small square, receives a pass from the outside player and passes to nother team mate on a different cone. The player passing in goes into the square, the player passing out goes to any cone, challenge the players to have only one player from each team on an outside cone.

Two teams lined up as shown, a team of keepers and a team of attackers. Attacking team has 4 touches to attempt to score as follows:
1st touch from the player beside the goal is a pass to themselves through the gate; 2nd touch is a pass across to their team mate; 3rd touch the receiving player sets themselves up for the shot; 4th touch has to be a shot at goal. Attackers switch lines after each shot. The ball can't stop moving at any point.
The keeper moves on the 1st touch / pass, has to sprint across the goal, touch the far post before they can save the shot.
Switch roles from attackers to keepers after a set time period.

Unopposed arrival activity (10 mins)
Working in 4s, players are in pairs each in a 7x7 grid. One ball between the 4 players and the players don't move out of their grid.
The aim is for each player in the pair to have 2 touches of the ball before passing the ball across to the other pair. The ball should not stop moving, working on touch and passing. Also players should be moving, taking up new angles each time to emphasise movement off the ball.
Progress to each player only having 1 touch of the ball.
Once all the players arrive make it a competition to see which group of 4 players can go the longest having only 1 touch each, the ball not leaving the area and the ball not stopping. Players need to be constantly moving and scanning.
