Instructions:
players start in both sides the same time and dribbling the ball to the cone, execute the V move and finish in the other side of the grid.
Coaching Points:
Messi touches to the first cone, then apply Ronaldo touches to the second cone
Recognition of space closed out by defender
1st touch looking to exploit space
Direction and distance of final touch
Recognition that space is in behind defender
Use defenders momentum against them
Over exaggerate body motion to help fake defender
Toe part of the sole to drag ball back/across (dependent on pressure)
Outside of the foot pushing the ball away

Instructions:
Defender pass the ball to the Attacker and try to make recovery run,attacker will receive and try to score in any of the 2 small gates.
Defenders will try to close the space and win the ball, if so Defender can score in any of the 2 gate in the other side.
Coaching Points:

Use defenders momentum against them
Apply the right move in the right time depending on the defender situation, location, and space.

Organization:
30x30yrd grid. Cones scattered in various areas of the grid
Instructions:
- Players to dribble around the area in/out of the cones.
- Players with a ball each doing ball mastery moving from cone to cone: bell touches, outside/inside, toe taps, rolls, roll-stop etc. (moves carried out using inside, outside, and bottom of the left foot and right foot)
- Players to practice dribbling moves at the cones that had been done in previous session (feint move/double feint move/scissor/double scissors)
Coaching Points:
Messi vs Ronaldo touches.
- Head up and look for space (look for a cone that other players are not going to). Also when doing the ball mastery look forward at the cone, training to get head up when moving with the ball.
- Body position low when performing the dribbling move to change direction
- Moves done at speed and under control
