Set up- FB with the ball will initiate start by passing back to CB who then plays to GK who switches to FB. When the Pattern is complete the other full back will start and mirror the movements.
Terminal 1 Units & Responsibilities:
Primary:
Goalkeeper - Communication where they want the ball, Positioning (Near, central or far) Distribution quality can they play to FB back foot Infront to drive forward.
FBs - Receiving priorities (Back foot, open body, 1st touch forward) Remain wide/high and be outlet for playing around.
CBs - Closest CB to FB can they support under the ball with other CB more central to provide security. GK Receives can they both be an option to get on the ball to play.
Secondary:
MF - After the ball is transferred FB to FB closest mid to ball will go support and make a movement forward with other MF coming across to offer cover and option to retain.

Set up - Opposition will start with the ball with forward having two touch to score. If goal is scored then coach will release a ball to the goalkeeper to play or if saved then we will play of second phase. Once phase is done then coached team will receive ball via goalkeeper to break out and play.
Opposition - Can apply pressure but not tackle
Conditions: Coach team get 3x goals for scoring in centre goal.
Terminal 2 Units & Responsibilities:
Team will start compact as out of possession and shadow forward as he shots. When GK has possession of the ball they will look to get into an attacking shape in transition as previous terminal.
Primary:
Goalkeeper- Quick assessment for transition to play, Distribution (Hands/Feet) primary area centrally to break lines play into midfielders.
CBs- Drop in to receive from goalkeeper, Can they play into spare midfielder or drive into midfield to create overload.
FBs- Get high and wide quickly if played too can they play into MF. If marked wide can they move to invert central to receive to over load in the middle.
Secondary:
MFs- Look to be the spare player when receiving, Half turn scanning (Scanning awareness of pressure and can they see both the play and goal). Primary outlet in practice

Coached team addition- 10# Opposition 1#,7#,11#
Opposition management: 8 Seconds once regained to score will start in a midblock and wont apply pressure in final third. (Put cones on side of the pitch to dictate opposition line of press.
Units & Responsibilities:
Team Recognition - As opposition has no FBs can the team exploit space by playing round and over to create spaces in middle to operate.
Goalkeeper - Ball placement centrally, look to utilise CBs to play through and or FBs to play round, Readjust according to ball position (Supporting angles), communication with team to organise attacking structure and defensive shape in transition.
CBs- Receive from CB with no pressure can they step into play commit forward and play centrally in midfield. play along the back line to remain patient to seek openings.
FBs- Wide and high, can the seek to exploit space behind opposition WM. used to circulate the ball if maintaining possession along the back line. Invert centrally to gain centrally and play through or switch other side.
Secondary:
MFs - Look to rotate to cause opposition problems in marking. CB receives and drive into midfield can closest 4 spin off take opposition away with 10 dropping in to receive and combine with unit to play forward. If FB receives can closest support to get FB out i.e. give and go or turn themselves and attack centrally.

Set Up- Coached team will play under pressure from a back pass to the goalkeeper from various positions. team must react and escape pressure to break lines or slow momentum of opposition press.
Opposition Management - Final third press, if regained in final third and score 2x goals.
Units & Responsibilities:
Whole team to consider can they find the spare player and relief pressure, counter attack if it is on without risking transition against them quickly. when out of shape, can team regain a decent attacking shape ball speed and player movement to escape high pressure areas.
Coaching Considerations - More repetition, Ball rolling time and physical load.
SSG Terminal 3 - Recap/Reassess Will include many transitional elements ball position, restarts (Throw ons, free kicks) opposition starts etc.

Set Up - Reds FB #2 or #3 will start with ball and circulate ball between the back line before scoring in wide goals.
Coached Team (Reds) 1-4-3-3 (Missing #7#9#11).
Opposition Team (Blues) 1-4-4-2 (Missing #5#2#3#9) alternative have 2 wide players and take out 1 MF and 1CB for specific practice.
Note- the Yellow players on plan for SSG will be taken out and light blue for specific practice and introduce in the SSGs.
Opposition Management:
Terminal 1 - Shadow opposition no pressure 1 minute walkthrough 4 minute terminal.
Terminal 2 - Shadow opposition slight pressure 1 minute walkthrough 4 minute terminal.
Include transition element for coached team to react each terminal.
Pitch Geography - Width of pitch to half way line.
