Warm Up
Passing exercise -
Passing from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 - follow your pass - Progression = dribble the black parts.
Instructions:
1. Play it to the correct foot
2. Use both feet
3. Call for the ball
4. Check off the cone

Task 1
2v2 Drill -Yellow attacks Blue first. Blue defends. Once the ball is scored or out of play, Blue then goes and attacks Orange until the ball is dead then Orange goes and attacks Yellow. REPEATS.
Progression = Blues just move down.

3 v 2 to goal -
Player 1 plays it to player 2 and the drill begins. If the defenders win it, they can go to goal. Ball is dead if it goes out or if it goes in.
After 5 min you switch sides. Most goals win.
