Organization:
2 cones, 1 ball per 2 players. Set up cones as close or as far apart (players choice!)
Activity:
Pass between the two players. Never stop the ball from moving. If player passes and hits a cone, opposing player wins a point. 1 or 2 touches. Play 1-2 minute games. Find a pong champion!
Variations:
A. Move distance of cone
B. Move distance of players
Coaching Points:
Redirect touch somewhere new (keep the ball moving)
Push pass technique: heel down, toe out, arms out for balance, inside of foot(or logo), strike through middle of the ball, eye contact

25x25, use cones as "gates". Have one more gate than number of pairs.
Activity:
Players work in pairs with one ball, the objective is to pass on the ground through the gates to their partner. You cannot pass through a gate if there is another pair already their
Variations:
A. How many gates can you pass though? Beat your number next time. Play 1 minute games
Coaching Points:
Proper pass technique
Redirect touch to move the ball somewhere new, keep the ball moving, never stop the ball

Organization:
3v3/4v4. 25x25 yards 4 goals in corners set up diagnally.
Activity:
Score by passing a ball on the ground through the gates. If a goal is scored or ball goes out of bounds, coach starts a new ball. Play the ball in to the team who is most spread out.
Variations:
A. Score on any goal
B. Defend 2 goals, score on 2 goals
Coaching Points:
Guided questions: How can you help your teammate? How can you use your teammate to score a goal?
