10 x 10 meter grid with large cones on each corner so players can focus on keeping balls to the outside. Players should focus on passing accuracy and technique as well as body shape when receiving the ball to promote proper touch and turn. Progress to a short give and go then a longer pass give and go. To increase pressure, set up side by side grids and have teams race for multiple laps and or change directions.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Red team attempts to maintain possession and break through the lines to move the ball from one end zone to the next for a point. Can add a defender to each zone as needed if it's too easy.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Can limit touches or amount of time they can keep the ball in a certain zone. Allow playing backwards to keep possession or limit to only going one direction.
