Organization:
15x15 Big square
8x8 little square in the middle
Play 4v1 in little square
If defender wins the ball he can play the players waiting in the big square
The game then changes to 5v4
Coaching Points:
- Body open to all players
- Control and pass the ball with the inside of the top foot
- Play in least amount of touches possible
- When you dont have th ball, get it back fast

Aim:
- WE 2 movement off the ball in relation to what is happening on the ball
- Reading body position of teammates and moving to support
Organization:
- 4v4 +2 in a 25x25 square
- Aim is to move the ball from the 3 to the 9 in one direction for each team without opponent touching the ball to score
Coaching Points:
- Body open to all players
- Control and pass the ball with the inside of the top foot
- Pass to correct foot
- Communication
- Recognise pressure of opponent and where teammate needs support
- Big in WE, small in THEY

Progressions / Variations:
- Touch limit
- Neutral 6 and 10 depending on numbers in the middle
- Single direction, only from one side to the other
- Add in goals, one team is possessing, one team is trying to win the ball and score

AIM:
- Improve Making it, being, and staying big (when and how)
Organization:
- 9v9 both teams in 1-3-2-3
- 6 subs out for the two teams playing 4v2 rondo on the side

Travelling Rondo (15 mins)
Aim:
- Improve passing/receiving technique, body position when receiving, and recognition of when to make it big and how
Organization:
- 2 organisations, 2 groups in each organisation of 6 players
- Each team sends two defenders into opponents group, you need 8 passes in a row to move clockwise to the next square
- Once you catch up to the other team, you win
Coaching Points:
- Receiving with top foot, inside of foot, to set up for next touch
- Passing with correct foot, inside, to set up teammate
- Communication to teammates
- When do you need to make it big? How can you do so?
- Where is there space?
