Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Switching Play to Play Forwards

Description

-Players set up in the area with a 3v3 midfield battle in thecentral zone, and neutral players spread in the outside areas.

-Aim for team in possession to maintain possession of the ball, andprogress the ball from the deep pair, to the high pair, using the wide playersto support in creating opportunities.

-If team out of possession win the ball, seek to maintain possessionthemselves.

Progression

-Allow high pair, or low pair to momentarily move one player intocentral area to create overload to support team in possession. Either drivingin, or dropping in.
