"DROP!" - Players drop back together and stay tight, closing the space in behind them and forcing the team to play through them.

- Coach will emphasis the movement of the players with a simple passing drill.
-- Coach will pass to each defender, asking them to step forward off there cones and meet the ball. They will control it and pass back to the coach.
-- Coach will then progress things, by asking the three defenders who aren't being passed to, to move across and cover the space left by the defender who's stepped up.

Defending Principles
Defending Principles;
- Player #1 must keep hold of the ball, using there shoulder to try and push the defender back, or being able to turn them and run past the line of cones.
- Player #2 must stay tight to the player on the ball, using there body to push them back toward the opposite line of cones, or, where possible, win the ball back cleanly and run past the cones themselves.
