Organization: x3 Grids (for 12 Players)
4 Players (A, B, C, & D) & 1 ball in a 20x30 yard grid.
Instructions:
Middle player (B) checks and receives ball from player on end line (A), B then opens out and have 2 touches to get ball to the player on end cone (C). After pass, B transitions to the open cone on end line (where C was).
Coaching Points:
· Cue for check and pass
· Quality of pass (weight and accuracy)
· Check shoulder to make decision of 1st touch & body shape
· Open body shape (since there's space behind)
· Receive with the Back foot
· Quality of next pass
· Speed of next movement
Progressions:
· Player B checks away and the checks at an angle
· Player A passes to Player B
· Player B has 2 touches to Player to Player C
· Player A moves to become Player B
· Player B moves to become Player C
· Player C comes back to start (where Player D is)
· Player D (the resting player) becomes Player A

-Each team has their own grid
-Full grid is 30x40
Instructions:
-Red starts with ball, passes it around while 2 blues tries to intercept ball
-If blue intercepts ball, they pass it back to their grid, then blue possesses while 2 reds come over
-If ball goes out, other team gets the ball
-Each pass is 1 point, a split is 2 points
-First team to 21 wins

-Get head up
-Find target
-Cut the ball in half (Hit it in the center)
-Hit with inside of the foot
-Body weight over ball

Organization:
-30x40 grid
-3 teams (12-15 players)
-1 Ball
Instructions:
-2 teams possess the ball, while one team defends and tries to win the ball
-Team who loses the ball is on defense
Coaching Points:
-Head up
-Find penetrating pass
-Find Target
-Body weight over ball
-Choose technique based on distance
-Can we find long pass?

Organization:
Coconuts. 5v5 or 6 v 6.
Instructions:
Players will play against each other passing the ball and finding angles to break the other team down. The object of the game is to knock as many coconuts down with a pass before the other team as possible.
Coaching Points:
Each player should be trying to pass the ball forward. If they can't go forward then they must go wide. Movement off the ball is crucial. Players must seek to find angles and communication and first touch is key. Look over shoulder.
Progressions:
Go to three touches max.

Rondo 4v2 (With Middle Man) (15 mins)
Conditions -
All players must
1. Receive on the back foot
2. Play in 2 touch
3. Create passing lines at all times
4. Players feet must be inside the pitch at all times
5. Players must keep their bum on the line
6. The player on the ball must have two supporting players to the left and right that are level with the defender.
7. The game is started with spot and play.
8. The middle player can only receive the ball through the middle of the blue players.
Breaking of these rules result in that player becoming the defender
The game is refereed by the player in the middle, this is to develop mistake management and correct technique.
Scoring -
A goal is scored by the red players playing a successful pass through the middle of the two blue players to the middle man who switches the ball to the player on the opposite side.
