B checks off center cone. A passes to B. B opens up and finds C. C shoots on goal (A is the GK). Rotate roles after each shot.

Non-kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball

Contact ball – will vary depending on target area

Coaching Points:
- Quality of movement/combination
- First touch at an angle to prepare approach
- Eyes up to observe GK's position
- Non kicking foot alongside ball
- Follow through to land on kicking foot for more power

Instructions:
Players work through a set passing routine before setting up the final player in line for a shot. After shooting the player joins the back of their group and everyone moves forward one space in the line. Alternate shots from each side. Activity should be fast paced.

Organization:
1. Same area as previous.
2. Players set up as shown.
Instructions:
1. Regular 2v2 game until the ball crosses the goalline.
2. Defending team is replaced by a new team every time ball leaves play.
3. New team enters play with a ball.
4. Game should be continuous and fast paced.
Coaching Points:
1. Decision-making in possession.
2. Recognition of visual cues.
3. Movement off the ball (role of 2nd attacker).
4. Creativity/improvisation.
5. Combination play.
6. Positive approach to shooting.
Progressions:
1. Add a restraining line to encourage shooting from distance.

One player allowed in opposition half at a time to close down when defending and act as target man when in possession.
If 1 goal behind that team is allowed 2 players in opposition half
Switch halfway to having 3 attackers 2 defenders.

Instructions:
Players dribble in the area after listening to coaches command. Coach will use a variety of touches and different dribbling techniques:

Call players name who has 30secs to tag as many players as possible while they try to avoid (keeping possession). Kneel if tagged.
