20x40 area. 2 teams with 2 keepers. TO start the blue player makes a pass into the space. Immiediatley the red player runs after the ball. Blue player also runs after the ball but makes a run on the inside of the red player to defend. When players arrive, red player becomes the attacker and blue defends. REd aims to go to goal, but if blue player wins the ball and can attack the goal. once complete, both players leave field and next group goes.
