Organization:
Use available space
Create a perimeter/center zone
Instructions:
- Split players into two teams, every player starts with a ball
- One team will attack first while the other team will be taggers.
- Attackers must try to get from side to side as many times as they can without getting tagged.
- Taggers will try to tag as many people as they can on the shoulder, collecting a point each time they do.
- After "x" amount of time, add up the points, switch teams, and let the teams try opposite roles to see who collects the most points. x = coaches discretion of time based on ability/fitness.
- Player multiple rounds
Coaching Points:
- Heads up dribbling using all surfaces of both feet
- Recognizing and exploiting spaces to get through quickly and safely
- Recognizing when you need to unbalance a defender
- Several options on HOW to unbalance a defender
Progressions/Regressions:
P - Time limit for players when in the safe areas
P - Defenders can knock their ball into the attackers to get a point
R - Defenders have to dribble a specific way, slowing down their movements, allowing enough success for attackers.
R - Increase space, if available

Organization:
See figure. 4 - 6 boxes (based on numbers) with Pugg goal and line set up as shown.
Instructions:
Player in box is the defender. They score a point by winning the ball back inside the sqaure. They can then become an attacker, attacker to defender. If defender gets beat by all the other players, they switch out with last attacker who scored.
Attackers score by dribbling out one of the sides for 1 point, or out the opposite side for 5 points. As soon as the ball is stolen or the attacker gets out of the box, the attacker on the other side can go. Winner has the most points.
Attackers must start 5 feet away from the sqaure (add cone for refrence point)
Coaching Points:
- Use of ball, body or both to unbalance defender
- What space is the defender giving you? (Eyes up)
- Commit the defender with little touches / exposing the ball (Entrance)
- Big touch to get past defender (Exit)
- Correct use of moves / changes of direction
- Be proactive, think about where you want to go before you attack and how you can get there
Progressions/Regressions:
P) Score in pugg goal for point (Attackers) or dribble over white line (defenders)
P) Score 3 points for goal in pugg next, 2 points for dribbling through gate under control. Defender scores 1 point by dribbling past white line.

Ball Mastery (10 mins)
Organization:
Two 10x20 yard spaces X & Z, side by side
All of the players start in the X space w/their own ball
Instructions:
All of the players dribble their own ball and maintain close control by shielding from others, players can "knock-out" another players ball from the X space and those players start a second competition in the Z space. If a player is knocked out of Z space they then return to X space. Each time a player is knocked out of one space or the other they get one point. The player w/the least amount of points at the end of the game is the winner, like golf low score wins.
Coaching Points:
Head up
Keep ball close
Turn body/hips/toes to face direction of balls destination and shield ball from others
Progressions:
P1: Can only use a certain surface of foot (inside/outside)
P2: Can only dribble w/one foot (left or right)
P3: Make space in X smaller than space in Z
