1v1 tag game (no balls) - players can only tag the person that they are partnered up with and get 1 point every time successfully tag their partner. If you are tagged you now must chase your partner until you tag them, this then reverses the roles once more. The players must remain in the coned area at all times. Player with the most points at the end of the time limit wins. Rotate partners each round.

Play 2-4 rounds of 30 seconds to keep the players fresh.

1v1 Wave Game (15 mins)

1v1 Wave Game

The Red attacker dribbles out with the ball into a 1v1 situation against a blue defender. The attacker is looking to score in the mini goals, but they can also shoot once they have beaten the defender 1v1 or gotten into the endzone (marked out by the cones). After that phase of play ends a new Blue attacker comes in to play against the red player in a 1v1 going in the opposite direction to the other mini goal. Make the game competitive by setting teams a target to reach i.e., first team to 8 goals wins.

1v1 / 2v2 to Goal

One of the blue defenders passes the ball into the red attackers, they then come out to press the ball and defend. The Red attacker looks to beat the defender in a 1v1 before finishing past the goalkeeper in the big goal. If the defenders win possession, they look to counterattack to either of the two mini goals for 2 points. Vary the start point from both sides of the field. Rotate teams after 4-5mins. The teams with the most points at the end of the 2 rounds win. Attackers get 1 point for a goal; defenders get 2 points if they win it and score in the mini goals.
