1v1 Wave Game
The Red attacker dribbles out with the ball into a 1v1 situation against a blue defender. The attacker is looking to score in the mini goals, but they can also shoot once they have beaten the defender 1v1 or gotten into the endzone (marked out by the cones). After that phase of play ends a new Blue attacker comes in to play against the red player in a 1v1 going in the opposite direction to the other mini goal. Make the game competitive by setting teams a target to reach i.e., first team to 8 goals wins.

One of the blue defenders passes the ball into the red attackers, they then come out to press the ball and defend. The Red attacker looks to beat the defender in a 1v1 before finishing past the goalkeeper in the big goal. If the defenders win possession, they look to counterattack to either of the two mini goals for 2 points. Vary the start point from both sides of the field. Rotate teams after 4-5mins. The teams with the most points at the end of the 2 rounds win. Attackers get 1 point for a goal; defenders get 2 points if they win it and score in the mini goals.

SSG - 1v1 in wide channel
3v3 in the middle zone with 2 goalkeepers, 1v1 in the wide channels. Players who are in the wide channels must stay in that zone and play 1v1 against the other team's player. Teams can score in the larger middle goals in the central area or the mini goals in the wide channels (use cones if needed). Goals in the mini goals count for 1 and the big goals count as 2. No corners restart from GK's every time.

Player with the most points at the end of the time limit wins. Rotate partners each round.

Introduce one ball - players are now working all together playing one or two touch inside the area. After each pass they play, they must now sprint around one of the 4 cones in the corners of the field before rejoining the game and connecting another pass.
