Organization: 40 x 15 yards. Ten yards on each end are endzones, therefore central zone is 20 yards long.
Instructions: Split group into three teams. Two teams will work together playing possession from team in the middle to try and score by playing a through ball into an endzone and if the teammate receives it inside the endzone, that is one point. Defending team cannot enter the endzones, and for the attacking teams the enzone line serves as an offside line.
Coaching Points: -Weight of the pass; "slip it" meaning play an appropriately weighted ball for teammate to run onto.
-Recognize the opportunities to make runs into space; angle runs especially when the environment lacks width.
Progressions: -A minimum of "x" passes before can look to score.
-Only two teams instead of three.
-Through ball must be played over the top and cannot touch the ground until it enters the endzone.
-Maximum of three passes to find and play the through ball or automatic loss of posession.

Organization: Make a diamond with cones and have players split up into even number at each cone.
Instructions: Pass to any line, other than the one you recieved the ball from, then follow your pass.
Coaching Points: -Appropriate weight of pass; Goldilocks 'not too hot not to cold' = pass not too strong nor too weak.
-Player receiving the ball check to it.
-Communicate with person you are passing to.
-Know where you are going with the ball before it gets to you.
-Depending on where ball is received use left or right foot, one touch or two touch.
Progressions: -Time limit to get a certain amount of passes.
-One touch only.
-Left foot only.
-Person who just passed tries to pressure teammate and force pass one way.
Regression: -Same activity only without ball and players call names of person who they "pass" to.
