Start the game as a 6 v 6 in the middle. Teams score a goal by running with the ball in to their scoring zone, after scoring they give the ball to the opposition. Defenders are not allowed to enter.
Progression
1. Add player in to the scoring zone which gives us a 5 v 5 in the middle. Players rotate after entering the zone.
2. Teams can score in either zone.
3. Play multi directional with a player from each team in their scoring zones red team plays up/down, blue team goes from left/right. This leaves a 4 v 4 in the middle, the team in possession of the ball keep going untill they lose the ball.
