Set Up:
- 20x20 grid
- 2 teams, with lines in opposite corners as shown
- 2 goals in the other 2 corners as shown
Activity:
- Defenders (Greed) dribbles ball to line before passing and defending against (Red) attacker. Attacker must score by dribbling through gate A or B. Players switch after each turn.
- The Defenders must stay on their side and the challenge is for the attacker to lose them and dribble through a gate.
Coaching Points:
- Unbalance defender
- Change of Direction & then Speed (in that order)
-Cut off the defender

Organization:
4v2
Instructions:
Players play 4v1 with one for the first 3 passes and then a second defender joins to try win the ball. The attacking team get a point for every 5 passes made (or whatever # the coach decides).
When the defending team wins the ball, they can score in one of the two goals or pass the ball back to their team and attempt to get their passes and get points.
Coaching Points:
-Head up. finding the passing lane
-Can players be patient and posses the ball (play side ways or back)
-play to feet or into space.

Instructions:
Each team must stay in channel and try to penetrate with a pass through to the their team to score. The Ball will always start with the three red players and they are trying to get the ball to the other two red strikers. The two strikers have one touch and they can shoot or lay it off for the other player. The yellow team attempts to block the passes and pass it into one of the three small goals when they regain possession.
Progressions:
Yellow team can also shoot on the big goal.
Coaching Points:
1.Open body position
2. Accurate and firm passes
2. Looking to penetrate 1st and possess if not
4. Move the ball to create passing lanes

Instructions:
1. Players will dribble through the gates going in across to the corresponding colour of cones and dribble through the gate, around the back cone and through the gate again to return home.
Competition Time: How many times can your team dribble there and back in 90 seconds?
Competition Time: Each player must go three times and the first team to finish wins.
