No goalies, flags two yards from post.
2 pug nets per set up
Dribbling actions 10 yards apart.
Instructions
- Dribbling combinations into fake one way go the opposite then a shot.
Without the ball movements
1) Fake left, go right, shoot to the inside right pug net with the inside of your foot.
2) Fake right, go left, shoot to the inside left pug net with the inside of your foot.
With the ball movements (Near Post)
3) Fake left, go right, shoot to the inside right post with the inside of your foot
4) Fake right, go left, shoot to the inside left post with the inside of your foot
With the ball movements (Across the Body with Laces)
5) Fake left go right, shoot across the body with laces
6) Fake right go left, shoot across the body with laces
Competition
7) Players can compete first to ten goals with the inside of foot near post (1), then first to ten with laces across the goal (2)
Coaching Points
- Dribbling: As you get to the cone and jump diagonally left behind the ball. Then push with your right foot diagonally in front. Take a big touch here out of your feet.
-Bend left leg and push off to get power onto the right foot.

Shooting
Inside - Open up foot to 90 degrees, momentum towards the target, planted foot to the target, eyes on the ball, Draw a line with the
Laces - Lock ankles, Keep toe down, Leg should end up across the body, momentum needs to land towards the target, plant foot to target, keep eyes on the ball.
Value - Courage, players need to be empowered to shoot to score rather than shooting not to miss. Half the battle of shooting is belief, the other half technique.
