3v3 with floaters balls end zone game
Set up: Area 25x25 yrds with balls on cones at each set 8 yrds back. Play 3v3 in middle with a floater at either end as shown. Teams look to receive from outside floaters and score in opponents end by knocking a ball of a cone via the opposite end floater who must set ball back for attacker to strike at balls. Once ball knocked of they take that ball to their end. At the end of the time who has most balls on cones in their ends wins.
Progressions: Take away balls at end & add goals to score into.
Key points: Movement to create space, shape triangles/diamonds, awareness to get on the ball, receiving under pressure & maintain possession, quick interplay or 1v1 skills to create goal scoring opportunities.
