Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Through the gates

Gates to Finish (20 mins)

Session: Through the gates to finish - 2 x 44 x 18 yard areas.

2 Teams against 1,

Have to make 4 passes, then you can pass through a gate.

1 Attacker (Red) can go past the line and through to the penalty box to try and score,

1 Defender can try to recover and stop a goal being scored.

The line acts an offside line

Progressions:

Build up to 2 v 1, 3 v 2

Swap Defending and Attacking teams.
