Set up- 8 cones
2 grids 10x10, 15-20 yrds apart
4 or 5 players in each grid
Drill
-players are numbered 1-4 or 1-5
-players pass the ball amongst each other inside the grid
-after they make a pass the must SPRINT around a cone ( not the closet cone)
-the coach will call out a number and those players must sprint across to the other grid to try and win the ball
-the teams try to keep possesion by passing the ball around
-the team that keeps possesion the longest get a point.

- On your toes - you can adjust to the ball quickly
- Body Behind Ball
- Follow ball with your eyes
- make eye contact with your partner
- inside of the foot
- part of thr ball ( middle)
- communication

Organization:
- Split players up into groups of 6 players each
- All working grids in line with each other.
- Distance between gates is 10 (yards) away and 3 feet wide.
- Half players at 1 gate and the other half at the opposite side
- Pass MUST be recieved behind gate for a POINT
- After pass, players sprint to the end
- Players recieving Pass cannot touch ball until passes the cone line behind gate, Ball cannot touch cones, If you receive infront of gate it doesn't count
- Start - Right Foot then change to Left Foot
- First team to get 30 Passes/Points is the winner
Prog:2) First team to 50 Passes/ Then go First team to 60 Passes
