Set up: 30x30 yrds with gates spread out in middle, split players in 2 teams, def positioned at gates, attackers with a ball each.
Format: Attackers attempt to beat def & dribble through gates, they must then go to another gate & repeat. Def must try & stop them by tackling & kicking the ball away. Rotate roles after 2 min.
Key points: Movement and body feints to unbalance defenders, skills, change of direction & speed, identify space, work as team to create overloads at gates, defending techniques.
