Set Up
Remove poles and replace with passive defenders who are unable to move off the line when defending. Start with player trying to beat defenders using skills previously learned to beat defenders before finishing at goal, players dribble back at pace to start after they collect their ball.
Competition
30 Seconds to score as many goals as possible. switch defenders and play for another 30 seconds..
D = PASSIVE DEFENDER

Set Up
Place 2 defenders from opposite teams on defending lines. Again defenders are not allowed to move off the lines when defending, attacking players must beat 2 defenders and score into mini goals then dribble at pace back to start.
Competition
1 minute to score as many goals as possible. switch defenders and play first to score 5 goals

Game Relate (end zone game)
Pitch set up with 2 end zones with 7v7 in the middle, players must pass/dribble around the area, to score a point player must dribble into the end zone using creative movement/skills
Progression
Add in goalkeeper at either end and after the attacker has dribbled into are they are 1v1 with goalkeeper.
Add in recovering defender for game pressure.

Patterns of Play 2-3-1
Phase 1
Full backs break wide ball is played to FB who drops ball into CM, the CM turn to play in CF who has dropped deep to win the ball, the CM turns and takes on the attacker using creative moment and finishes on goal
Option
Full backs break wide ball is played to FB who drops ball into CM, the CM turn to play in CF who has dropped deep to win the ball, the CM turns and plays a pass out to the L/RW who takes on their defender and either has a shot on goal or a pass into CF
Phase 2
Full backs break wide ball is played to FB who turns and drops the ball into the L/RW who has dropped deep to receive ball, the L/RW takes on FB and either drives at goal or runs down line and puts a cross in the box.
Option
Full backs break wide ball is played to FB who turns and drops the ball into the L/RW who has dropped deep to receive ball, the L/RW switches the ball to the opposite FB who then plays in the CF who spins his CB and has a strike at goal

Split players up into 2 teams behind yellow cone ,1st player up drives at player and takes them on, once this player is beaten they then drive at next player and use a skill to beat them, finally drive at goal and finish (as soon as shot has been taken next player goes. Player that has had shot collects ball and dribbles back at pace to start.
