Constraints: Passive play - opposition can not advance and focus team (defenders) can not tackle. Active play - Attackers try to keep the ball and defenders recover the ball to score in the counter goals. Defensive teams holding 2nd ball (Transition ball) that can be played after the first ball goes out of bounce.
