Rotate after each game. Start each game with each player having a foot on the ball. Each player attempts to score on any three of the opponents goals. Once a goal is scored or missed over the line, any teammate from their endline can feed a ball to them to counterattack the other direction. All goals must be scored past the halfway line. Keep score of each game. Once a game is over, record it to your team captain. They will keep the sum total. Play for time

3V1 TRANSITION
Three teams of three players
One team plays 3v1 in a square. The defending team has two other players in the center of the square
The third team has one player in each open square
If the team of three players versus the lone defending player make five consecutive passes, they play any of the other three squares. They then move one player into each open square. The defending team send another player from the center to defend. The player receiving the ball is immediately joined by his other two teammates to play 3v1
If the defender wins the ball, the coach serves one of the open three squares an the team that was attacking in the 3v1 now transitions to defend. One player sprints to defend and the other two players go into the center of the square. The defending team now moves one player in each open square
