Organization:
-10x10 or 15x15 grid, with cone in the middle
-8 to 12 players
How to Play:
-Ball starts in one of the corners
-Pass in a triangle, then pass long, repeat
-Follow your pass
Progressions
-Add 2nd ball and 2nd player at middle cone | One touch

Organization:
-5 to 6 players per grid
-15x10 yard area (x2) with small passing gate in the middle (in each half of the gym)
Instructions:
-Play starts with a pass through the gate from Player 1 (who then moves forward to add passive pressure), into Player 2.
-Player 2 performs wall pass with Player 3 around Player 1, and sequence continues.
-Players 1 & 2 switch ends everytime.
-Switch wall passer frequently and swap sides for wall pass.
Progressions:
-dribble/executes moves through the gates
-simple 2 touch and 1 touch passing through the gates
Key Coaching Points:
-weight and accuracy of passing
-timing of runs
-good 1st touch and body position
-communication with teammates
-Pressure Player: start to work on speed of approach & body position

Organization:
-area approx. 25x15 yards (divided into 3); see diagram for setup
-10 to 12 players
-players split into 3 teams with 2 teams starting attacking areas (end zones) and 1 team in defending zone (middle)
-pinnies and plenty supply of balls
Instructions:
When coach plays balls in to team, that is the cue for the 2 defenders to go press creating a 4v2.
Team in possession attempt to make X amount of passes before switching it into the other end to score a point.
If defenders win the ball the coach will play a ball to the other team, team that lost possession quick transition to defenders (sending 2 to defend and 2 to cover middle zone).
Game continues with this pattern at a quick tempo

-accuracy/weight of passing; good first touch; close control; body position to receive;
moving into space; communication; quick decision-making; quick transition

Organization:
-12 to 14 players (5+1 or 6+1) x2

Instructions:
-A passes to B and follows ball IN, B passes to C and follows ball OUT, C then passes to A who has replaced C in the MIDDLE.
-Game continues around the circle.
Progression:
Ask players to use 1 touch pass/use stronger and weak foot.
