Objective: To create attacking overloads in wide areas.
Organization: 16 players, 50Lx65W 4-2-3-1 (red) vs 4-3-3 (white)
Conditions of play: Normal soccer rules apply. Restarts are from GK playing into any of the 4 red targets in the end zone, coach playing the ball in or a throw in. White can only score a point through dribbling the ball into the end zone. 2 of the LB,RB,CM,CM must stay in the end zone in both phases (in and out of possession) but are still able to be used in possession, the end zone is a free space.

Organization: 35Lx35W, 12 players, small nets.
Conditions of Play: Normal Rules apply, no offsides, restarts from the goal line & no goalkeepers. Goal can only be scored from receiving from the neutral, neutral has unlimited touches.

Conditions of play: Keeper roles the ball to the defender, defender plays the ball into the 2 midfielders and first time bounce into the striker & the play starts from there. Goal can only be scored through finishing from a cross from the wide area for 3 points, from normal play for 1 point. White players are free to move wherever they wish, red opposite winger can move into the 18 yard box when the other one has the ball in the outside zone. White win the ball, score in the small goal.
