Technical 2 (10 mins)
5 minutes both sides
Players pass wide then check to opposite side cone. Player have 3 touches to receive the ball turn and finish on goal.
Rotation:
Players that start on goal line turn and shoot go to the opposite side line.
Players that play the ball from the side line go to the closest goal line.

6v6 or 7v7
- 2 Teams in the middle with the third team on the outside
- The first team to score twice stays the other team swaps with the team on the outside.
- Outside move into the inside to play the team that stays on
- Winner stays on
- Players on the inside have 2 touch
- Players on the outside can be used and are on 3 touch
Organization:
- Equal teams of 3
- If keeper changes players from team swapping out can hop in.
Key points:
- Overload in possession of the ball
- Use wide areas
- Speed of transition from outside to inside
- Play quickly
- Counter quickly
- Take shots!
